To install just download then extract folder and drag plugin, and bsa into your data folder. Also look at my Dragonborn Weather Control. And if you play Oblivion also look at my Oblivion Weather Control If you want the Skyrim Special Edition version go here. If you do have the Dawngurd DLC download the Weather Control (Dawnguard) file. If you don't have the Dawnguard DLC download the Weather Control file. If your using a rain or snow option it may only do those effect in areas it normally will (Example: It will never rain in Windhelm or Snow in Riften) It will add an item to the players inventory when you start the game and to change the weather just equip the item.
You may also choose to have Northern Lights at night or not to have Northern Lights at night. You may also choose what region type you want (Example: You can have the clear sky that is seen when your in the Reach anywhere in Skyrim). Better Distant LOD Waterfalls is a pretty basic mod that increases the level of detail of distant waterfalls, so that they look great even at high resolutions. If we’re talking about the vanilla release, that is.
You can set it to be clear, cloudy, foggy, light rain, heavy rain, light snow, heavy snow and you can reset to default. Having been released 10+ years ago, Skyrim isn’t exactly a good-looking game for today’s standards. Did you want control of the weather for all of Skyrim.
